Step 2. Then, I’ll help you create a 90 day and annual roadmap so you can make goal oriented decisions.

Step 3. I’ll take ownership of your project management tool and get to know your team, so that I can delegate tasks to them, and hire any needed team members.

Step 4. I will keep an eye on the key metrics of your business and keep you updated if anything needs your attention.

• Time management- understanding how your day is being spent, what tasks need to be prioritized and how to work efficiently.

• Launch strategy management- Planning and managing your launch based on your strategy.
