Hi I’m Ashley!
After graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business, I found myself struggling to find a career that excited me in the wake of the pandemic. Newly diagnosed with ADHD, I was applying to tons of jobs, and after a particularly bleak interview, I decided that paving my own path was my best bet for finding an exciting, meaningful career.
Since then, I’ve been supporting lots of incredible coaches, creatives, nonprofits, and service providers, first as their Virtual Assistant, and then as their Online Business Manager & Strategist.
I bring comprehensive experience in project management, systems integration, and backend organization. I'm passionate about helping neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ business owners to achieve their dreams.
I love helping overwhelmed small business owners with projects, systems, and metrics so they can do more of what they enjoy and continue to grow a profitable business while I manage their team, operations, and projects.
